Sometimes we dun have to be egoistic wen it comes to admitting mistakes
Ouh no no no..we must never ever be egoistic whenever it comes to admitting mistake.
Rule number one:
Realize
Realize ur mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes.
Rule number two:
Admit.
Admit ur mistakes. That's the bravest thing one can do.
Rule number three:
Move on
Amend ur mistakes and move on with life. Of coz lah must remember not to repeat the same mistakes. But juz dun dwell arh.
But wat if ure a leader of any group, committee, society or wadeva crap?
Does that mean that they are exceptional from the three rules above?
No
Cos ure the head and evrything goes to you, gets back to you and narrows down to you.
Saying it out loud doesnt make it right. Haiz..
I thank ALLAH for today's success. Tho i've been slammed, shot down, humiliated all in 2 weeks, Alhamdulillah i managed to pull thru. And yea, i was calm today in the panelists room cos yea the qns they're vetting are my qns. Unlike last week where i felt lyk a fool sitting in the panelists room goin thru things wif the panelists wen those arent my qns and i haf to be responsible for it. I still remember how scary it was wen suddenly the panelists asked me abt a Cathay Keris qns. They were asking wat if the students gif ans cathay organization cos the organization and Cathay Keris are totally two different things. I was lyk hella stunned..and petrified. So I told dem that the ans is wrong because we're asking abt sum c/o fr the past and there was no Cathay Organization back den so if ure talking abt Cathay wld definitely be Cathay Keris.
Yea,i answred dem.
But that is prolly the only qns i cld ans.

Sometimes i feel that it defeats my purpose to be the Resource HOD cos otha ppl eventually took over the qns. Totally took over the qns. And now ure telling sum1 else to teach me to appreciate u, appreciate the things u did for me. I really appreciate, yes i do. but do u approciate me?do u appreciate al my sacrifices?cos if u dun,well u gotta hella pay me back my loss wen i sign in to work late cos slept late or even skipped work juz to finish up the hella damn qns.
and u say ure qns were better den mine?well,most of dem were shot down by the panelists.and mine?Not really but at least they're shot down bcos of lang prob not relevance-wise. there..dun totally listen to the otha girl,she was not wif the panelists the whole time.And my qns were not sub-standard ok?the students didnt even scored really high marks like they did last week during quarters wen the qns werent mine..okay?
im not bragging or being rude or ath but..see?haaaa
I'm criticizing and not judgementing you. I dun take all ths to personal okay. Itz strictly business. I haf said ths time and again, itz strictly business.
Disappoinment.wen sumone lost faith in u,wat wld u feel?disappointed right?
The qns that hikmah will send you are not gd enuff. Most of dem will be shot down by the panelists.
Well,u got it wrong dude.Cos they werent,and they did not.Heh.
Again,ths is strictly business yea.
Lessons i've learnt today:
1)Dun give up
2)Dun dump ppl wen u've promised to help cos that's hella damn rude and so not professional.
3)Shutting urself dwn from the whole world shld be the last thing in ur mind. or maybe shld never even be thought of.
4)Be responsible.Responsibilty is not and never situational.
5)Admit ur mistakes and weaknessea.dun get a scapegoat or sum lame reasons to make up for dem.
6)Dun be scandalous.

But itz ryt. Dun get involved. Must owaes remember our status and uphold it.
